18. Verification and Badges
Mentor to Marry may use verification processes and badges to indicate particular statuses, including email verification, phone verification, identity verification, app-based verification, course completion, membership tier, length of membership or other platform-recognised statuses.
A verification badge does not guarantee that all information supplied by a member is true, complete or current.
Members remain responsible for exercising wisdom, caution and discernment in their communications and relationships.
Mentor to Marry may remove or amend badges where it believes they were issued in error, obtained dishonestly, are no longer accurate, or should be withdrawn for safety or policy reasons.

Members must cooperate honestly and in good faith with reasonable investigations.
Members must not provide false or misleading information, conceal relevant evidence, destroy evidence, interfere with investigations, retaliate against reporters or witnesses, encourage others to provide false information or attempt to obstruct moderation processes.
Failure to cooperate may itself constitute a breach of these Terms.
25. Appeals
Where applicable, members may request a review of certain moderation or enforcement decisions in accordance with the Account Suspension & Enforcement Policy or Appeals Policy.
Submitting an appeal does not automatically restore access, reinstate membership or reverse a moderation decision.
Appeals must be submitted respectfully, honestly and in good faith.
26. Off-Platform Conduct
Mentor to Marry may take action in relation to conduct occurring outside the platform where that conduct affects member safety, concerns another member, creates safeguarding concerns, involves harassment, abuse, fraud, exploitation or coercion, undermines community trust, creates legal or reputational risk or is inconsistent with these Terms or platform policies.
Mentor to Marry is not required to investigate every private or off-platform dispute but reserves the right to act where the safety or integrity of the community may be affected.
27. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, course materials, teaching materials, videos, written resources, logos, graphics, designs, documents, templates, policies, software, platform features and related materials are owned by or licensed to Love, Dating and Marriage Ministries or its relevant licensors, unless otherwise stated.
